Wheat Ready for the Harvest

I noticed this field a few times on my way home and yesterday I stopped to shoot some photos. I got home and looked at them but thought I could get some better shots so I stopped by again today. The combine was hard at work today and the wheat was nearly all gone. The photo above is from yesterday when the field was full, and the bottom one is from today when it is all but cut down. He left a few stragglers near the edge of the field. The fly on the shaft of wheat was there and gone so fast that I didn't notice it until I got home and looked over the photos. Once in a while I get lucky.
