As we were leaving the area and loading up the car, I saw the moon right over the peak of the mountain. I used the 300mm lens to zoom in as close as I could and took the shot. I didn't make the moon any bigger or change the geometry of the photo. I messed with the saturation and made it look black and white with a slight tint. I really like that 300mm lens, and I use it more than my other lenses. I found it at a pawn shop for $50.
How did you get the moon and foreground to match so well? Did you enlarge the moon?
