Pampas Grass

Driving down the same street all day long, I kept finding this grass growing in a few yards in Albuquerque. I asked the owner of the best one if I could take pictures. She was flattered that I wanted to take pictures of her grass and told me the name and explained a little about it.

Different angles yielded very different shots of this grass. This is with the sun directly behind, very bright in my eyes trying to find the best shot.

Her house was this background adobe color.
