Cathedral of St John the Baptist

We found this cathedral (which isn't hard because the tour guide was saying that Charleston has more cathedrals and churches per square mile than anywhere else in America. Every corner you go around there's one.) just as the sun was setting and all of the orange light was shining through the stain glass windows.

Some of the sun's rays were focused on these pillars.

After the sun had set someone turned the lights on and the cathedral took on a whole different look.
