"You want to take a picture of my barn?" The guy asked me like I was some kind of asinine imbecile.
"Yeah, it has character." I replied trying to keep some semblance of dignity.
"Sure, go ahead." he said with a smirk, almost as if I was asking him if I could collect samples from an outhouse to apply as lipstick.
That was how the conversation went as I asked some guy if I could take a picture of his barn.
He thought I was crazy.
He just didn't know what I was going to do with it!
Ha! That's funny! If you were Katie you would have taken a picture of yourself on his doorstep.
