Bennett, my brother in law (his photos: http://sidewalkaintforfancywalkin.blogspot.com/), found this ice mound when we went up to Hanna over New Years. There were a couple of pin holes in a hose running down a hill that had water spraying out. Just that little bit of water created huge ice mounds some 9 feet tall.
